- Establish and improve the after-sales department’s systems and workflows to enhance efficiency and customer service.
- Develop a technical analysis process for after-sales problems, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective solutions.

- Provide technical support, equipment selection, system design, and heat load estimation to consultants and key accounts.

- Identify opportunities for campaigns and services based on market and competitor analysis.

- Expand the market for light Commercial Air-Conditioner (CAC) in Malaysia.
- Increase market share by developing and implementing strategies.
