In 2017, Gree has independently developed the first five-axis linkage CNC machine tool GA-F500, which has since broken the technological monopoly of Germany, Japan, the United States and other countries, realized the independent and controllable industrial chain, and enhanced the competitiveness of the global market. In the face of the current prospect of high-heat new energy vehicles, Gree has developed a number of high-end CNC machine tools specially used in the new energy auto parts industry. The award-winning high-speed double five-axis gantry machining center is a high-speed CNC machine tool developed by Gree for the field of large-scale integrated die-casting auto parts manufacturing, which can improve the processing efficiency by more than 80% and solve the pain points of low processing efficiency and high processing scrap rate in the industry.

Gree Electric’s award-winning high-speed double five-axis gantry machining center has broken through the key technologies of multiple core components of CNC machine tools. Equipped with Gree’s self-developed precision direct-drive AC swing head, high-thrust linear motor and high-torque turntable, it can realize hexahedral processing in one clamping, and the maximum rapid traverse speed can reach 120m/min, which can efficiently process the integrated die-casting parts of new energy vehicles. At the same time, through the study of dual-axis double-beam intelligent anti-collision technology, multi-axis linkage master-slave coupling control algorithm and three-dimensional interference intelligent anti-collision technology, the multi-axis safe and collision-free coordinated processing was successfully realized, ensuring the processing efficiency and safety. The above innovative technologies effectively solve the pain points faced by the industry for a long time, such as low processing efficiency, high scrap rate, and strong material sensitivity, and provide efficient and stable processing solutions for the new energy vehicle industry.

Gree CNC machine tools are now serving a number of well-known automobile brand supply chain enterprises, focusing on the front cabin, rear floor, battery tray and other automotive structural parts, to create a lightweight, high-end, efficient one-stop solution for automobiles.
